- Q: How do I get started?A:To get started, simply start making a booking. Once we know some details about your needs, we'll show you the price and then you can schedule an appointment.
- Q: How many people will come to clean my house?A:Our normal team consists of two housekeepers. On rare occasions, we send teams of three or four.
- Q: Do I need to do anything before the housekeepers arrive?A:To make our house cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys, and other household items before our visit.
- Q: Do I have to be home for the cleaning?A:Whether or not you're home during your booking is up to you. Many people, however, like having their home serviced while they are at work or away for awhile.
- Q: What if I'm not happy with your service?A:If you're not satisfied with your clean, you can request a free reclean. Subject to certain terms and conditions.
